The link below is to a chart from USA Wrestling that accounts for age groups of 8U and up. These are the age groups that can compete beyond the state level. Those born 2019 and sooner are in the 6U age group and can compete up to the state level.
Our club allows participants to start wrestling if born in 2021 provided the potential wrestler has the capability to follow directions and maintain their attention to instruction well enough to benefit from participation.
